Infertility Solutions
If you're looking for infertility solutions, the first and most obvious step is to find yourself a reliable fertility monitor, like the OvaCue. But correctly identifying your peak fertility window is just a start. There are all kinds of other things you can do to further improve your chances at conceiving.

Once you've pinpointed your fertile period, be sure to have frequent intercourse during that time. Sperm can live two to three days in the female reproductive tract, but that doesn't mean that they will. And the fresher the sperm is, the more likely it is that one will succeed in fertilizing the ovum.
Equally important is your movement immediately after intercourse. If you get up and move around right after intercourse, the sperm are less likely to make their way into the fallopian tubes. So take it easy and spend a good five minutes lying down after your partner ejaculates--don't let gravity keep you from conceiving!
To make the sperm's job even easier, take care to avoid vaginal contact with things that can alter the pH balance (like scented tampons, vaginal sprays or douches) or kill sperm (like artificial lubricants or saliva). Conceiving isn't easy--even under the best possible circumstances, the odds of conceiving are about 25 to 30 percent in any given cycle--so women interested in conception will want to take care to increase their odds in as many ways as possible. Even if you think you are infertile, chances are you simply needed a push in the right direction.
