Cue Peak: The beginning of ovulation. A Cue Peak indicates that follicular selection has been made.
Cycle Day: The particular day of the cycle that you are on. Example: The first day of you menstrual cycle is Day 1
Cycle Length: The number of days from the beginning of one menstrual cycle to the beginning of the next menstrual cycle.
Follicle: A special sac on the ovary that contains an egg (ovum).
Follicular Selection: This is the selection on an ovarian follicle. The follicle contains the egg that will ripen to maturity and then be released during ovulation.
Maximum Fertility: This is the day (or days) that you have the best chance to conceive.
Ovulation: This is the process of the release of a developed egg from its follicle.
Vaginal Low: The vaginal low is the key indicator that ovulation is about to occur. The vaginal low is the lowest reading taken, usually on the day of maximum fertility.
